One of our main lines of work with foreign clients is signing deals for comprehensive legal services. The client pays us an advance for the future provision of legal services. Services are provided in any amount on agreed-upon conditions.

It is possible to stipulate both the cost of the commission as a whole (the cost of judicial proceedings, contract analysis, legal support etc) and of hourly fees.

In any case, when the client signs a contract to retain our firm, our services will be about 20% less expensive.

When providing services, money is deducted from the client’s account on the basis of the documents about service provision.

The client can always rest assured that we will provide services with the proper degree of efficiency, no matter how busy the lawyers may be at any given moment, because when signing a retainer contract we reserve time for that client.
